You have a right to transparent MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing) found right on our website and in store on our clearly tagged motorcycles! (DSRP stands for Dealer Suggested Retail Pricing.) 

You have a right to never have fees added to your bill of sale in the office where you sign paperwork after already agreeing on a final purchase price on the showroom floor!

You have a right to being presented with payments that include your actual APR (Annual Percentage Rate), rather than being presented with sky high estimates that have nothing to do with your actual credit worthiness!

You have a right to be presented with trade values based on NADA, Kelley Blue Book, National Powersports Auction Pricing (your choice!) that are based in reality and don't require a big dealer markup (DSRP) that you have to fight in order to get your fair trade value!

Allen is always helpful and explanatory on so many different levels. Also knowing my schedule and job and how difficult it is to get in he always makes sure to take a few mins when I do make it in or calls me back if he can't. Ray came out and immediately and greeted me with a smile under his covid mask. I showed him what I was looking for and he brought up a diagram of the area of the bike I had. After going back and forth for a couple weeks finally made the deal on the bike I wanted. Came up from Vancouver during the start of the valentines weekend storm. Turned out the trailer I brought was to small for the bike. Nikki helped call around trying to find a uhaul to exchange the trailer which she didnt have to. Although I was not able to leave with my bike I am anxiously waiting for weather to clear to go get my bike. Nikki was a great help even though I put her through hell. Ed, Your dealership family is on point. First Brent and Nikki found me an amazing twin cam CVO ultra limited. They heard me when I told them what I was looking for that the wife and I could enjoy. You staff really listens to the customer. Never any push, and they don't do the disappointing, annoying, show you everything in the store if they don't have a bike that meets your criteria in hopes you'll buy anything. But what they can do is make sure that you want to come back to Destination Harley. That's exactly what I did. The first buying experience was so smooth, accurate and thorough I had to do it again. AGAIN Brent and Nikki found the right bike that they knew I was gonna love. They nailed it. Bought that 15th anniversary Fatboy, super light and fast!! Ray Shaw immediately had a list of everything that somehow he knew I wanted. Still working on that the list. That store is always organized. Clothing section is always neat and orderly so finding sizes is easy as well. If you thought purchasing a bike the first time was a great experience, wait till you get another one. Destination folks. Huge used inventory as well as the latest models and you see the prices walking in the door, no haggling or having to talk to a sales person if you don't want to. However you should, great people. I've always had excellent interaction with the parts department. When I went shopping for upgrades for my Breakout, they provided great advice as to how everything would compliment and work together, ultimately saving me money. Which I promptly used to buy more.
