Allowed me to browse without interference and got the parts I needed quickly on a late Friday afternoon. To prepare for an upcoming road trip, I took my 2009 Ultra Glide in for a full service, a leaking seal was found, and an exhaust head pipe leak was detected due to a cracked head pipe. The service was excellent Lee took the time to inform me of all the issues and recommended solutions. There was an error made on sizing my replacement head pipes, but the dealership made it right. There were a couple of names I could not add which are Alan from Chrome and the Technician who does the Dyno Tunes. I picked up my scoot late Friday afternoon, it was tuned to perfection, runs great, and sounds exceptional. I just purchased my 1st used Harley, and I am beyond happy with my bike of course and with everyone at Destination. Matt & Nikki treated us like family. Absolutely no pressure from the moment I walked in. Super friendly, honest, & extrememly helpful with all the questions we had. After a test ride, we noticed a leak. They found it, fixed it and in the process found another issue that would have come up somewhat soon. They took care of that no problem, thank you Mark in Service!!
