You have a right to transparent MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing) found right on our website and in store on our clearly tagged motorcycles! (DSRP stands for Dealer Suggested Retail Pricing.) 

You have a right to never have fees added to your bill of sale in the office where you sign paperwork after already agreeing on a final purchase price on the showroom floor!

You have a right to being presented with payments that include your actual APR (Annual Percentage Rate), rather than being presented with sky high estimates that have nothing to do with your actual credit worthiness!

You have a right to be presented with trade values based on NADA, Kelley Blue Book, National Powersports Auction Pricing (your choice!) that are based in reality and don't require a big dealer markup (DSRP) that you have to fight in order to get your fair trade value!

Weve worked with Sales, service, retail, and parts and have never had a bad experience. Destination's convenient physical location off the 5 is already a huge plus. Whenever I need something for my bike, it's easy to get there and pick up what I need. The staff at Destination is warm, friendly and helpful. I haver never felt hounded or pressured to make a purchase, and even when I purchased a new motorcycle last year, it was a several months long process of consideration where the sales team was very patient and accommodating. I test rode several bikes till I decided on one, and here is where they shine, letting me take a demo model out, ride it for some time without putting pressure on me to bring it back quickly, or escorting me on a controlled route. There's nothing more off putting than going for a demo ride and having to slowly follow a group and Destination doesn't do this at all.

Everyone you have working for you is amazing. I'm always, without fail greeted at the front door. As little as that may seem to some, it's huge to me. The ladies are all very nice and fun! Allen is my hero! He knows his stuff and I completely trust him and his guidance. He is quality people! I would like the other employees that worked on my bike to be recognized also, unfortunately I don't know who they are, but I'm guessing you can find out. Even the people that take my money in the service department are awesome. I've been to other Harley dealers...you by far are the best! Your customer service is above and beyond what I expect! That says it all. Now, my 2020 Heritage...the bike I've been dreaming about all of my life sounds freaking beefy and bad a** and the added power is welcomed! Allen took the time to completely explain the entire process and what is needed and what is a good idea while they have it apart. He really breaks it down so that anyone can understand it. Bike runs just like he said it would and there were no surprises other than is was done earlier than I was told it would be. Great job and I love the upgrade. (Employee: Allen )
