Not sure if youre under staffed in the service department but Im having a hard time even getting in touch with someone. Ive tried going through your website and calling. Riding there just to schedule a maintenance appt would incredibly inconvenient. Ive even texted my salesman and at least he responds but the end result is still the same. No service appointment. I have been a customer of Destination Harley Davidson Tacoma for 22 years. It is the only dealer I trust to perform what ever maintenance or troubleshooting issues I may have with any of my bikes. The service department has always gone one step beyond what is required to resolve any issue I might have. The service department is not the only department that stands out at Destination HD however. I am completely comfortable with talking to Nikki in sales about new bike features, improvements on the horizon or perhaps just a chat to see how family is doing. Tara in Motorclothes has always been my go-to sales person for help with motorclothes, safety gear, or any Harley equipment I have seen or am looking for. I trust her judgment implicitly. The Parts Department is always ready to assist with routine maintenance items I may need or an issue I'm not sure how to resolve or what parts I may need. Perhaps what I have found most refreshing about Destination HD is the feeling of inclusion, like you have at a family gathering, each and every visit. Bought a new Low Rider St from Leroy. Being that it was a newly released model, I put $500 down in January and Patiently waited from my bike to arrive from the factory. Leroy killed it with Keeping me well-informed of timeline of delivery and with weekly updates until the bike was available.
