You have a right to transparent MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing) found right on our website and in store on our clearly tagged motorcycles! (DSRP stands for Dealer Suggested Retail Pricing.) 

You have a right to never have fees added to your bill of sale in the office where you sign paperwork after already agreeing on a final purchase price on the showroom floor!

You have a right to being presented with payments that include your actual APR (Annual Percentage Rate), rather than being presented with sky high estimates that have nothing to do with your actual credit worthiness!

You have a right to be presented with trade values based on NADA, Kelley Blue Book, National Powersports Auction Pricing (your choice!) that are based in reality and don't require a big dealer markup (DSRP) that you have to fight in order to get your fair trade value!

My experience with ALL staff at Destination Harley has been exemplary. My 2022 Street Glide ST is my 7th Harley Davidson and the fourth purchased at Destination Harley. Jon was attentive and very professional. Nicki, as always, is a joy. The service department is too notch. Tara is a grat asset. I forget who helped me but they did a great job of getting me my information for my sportster 48. He grabbed the keys for me and even told me some things they found on the bike that they were able to fix. When I got my bike back the only thing I noticed was my left side foot peg was loose wasnt a big deal and I got home just fine but I didnt notice it until after I was on the road so I just kept on going. It was an easy fix but it just makes me wonder if anything else was missed during my 1000 mile service. So far the bike has been great and I havent had any issues and I would still trust them with my motorcycle in the future, but I felt this was worth mentioning. Once again, great staff and I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Would have been a five star rating because it took 6 days to replace a tire. I understand that this time of year that you folks are super busy. Would be nice to have a time set aside for emergency service I.e. replacing a battery, tire, etc. I was scheduled for August 31st to replace my tire, think about that, almost 4 weeks to wait to replace a tire. Having said that, Mike Wiler stepped up to the plate. He got me a lift way sooner than the scheduled August 31. Service was excellent, bike washed and have a brand new tire. In the world the way it is today, great customer service is hard to find. But let me tell you the service department here DEFINITELY gets it!!! My husband stopped it to see about some tie down straps for our bikes and the guys in the service department ended up giving him hand written directions to some of the great sites to visit! Thank you for making our trip so AMAZING!

Recently had my points added to my rewards that were missing from a large purchase without any issues. She is a great help. I don't understand though why rewards for Tacoma can't be used at Silverdale and vice-versa. I could have saved on sales tax.
