You have a right to transparent MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing) found right on our website and in store on our clearly tagged motorcycles! (DSRP stands for Dealer Suggested Retail Pricing.) 

You have a right to never have fees added to your bill of sale in the office where you sign paperwork after already agreeing on a final purchase price on the showroom floor!

You have a right to being presented with payments that include your actual APR (Annual Percentage Rate), rather than being presented with sky high estimates that have nothing to do with your actual credit worthiness!

You have a right to be presented with trade values based on NADA, Kelley Blue Book, National Powersports Auction Pricing (your choice!) that are based in reality and don't require a big dealer markup (DSRP) that you have to fight in order to get your fair trade value!

Happy with service and wonderful and friendly staff to help with other purchases in the store. Thanks for the experience. Will certainly recommend anyone who wants anything Harley. I just wish my credit application would have shown my second income my pension which is greater plus my own error I couldnt think of everything I payed since my bankruptcy payed off and purchases totaling 280,000 I will check equifax about increasing my credit score blessing in discovery knowing what it is. Im very happy thanks again

I purchased a front tire for my 04 Road King durning the tire sale. I brought it back on Tuesday when the Service department was open. Dropped of the tire in the morning and picked it up the same day. I was pleased to get it the same day and also noticed the they used black wheel weights on my black mag wheel. Both the Service desk and the Parts desk were very helpful.

Allen was outstanding with my daughter's first time purchasing parts for her new bike. Allen was very kind and took us in the back to ascertain her riding posture and position as to whether we needed different bars and foot controls. He gave her excellent safety and control tips as she is an up and coming rider. We discussed safety and the importance of being seen.
