F&I Sales Associate

You need to want to be part of a team that will put the customers needs in the forefront of all we do. Knowledge of Harley-Davidson not required, however, it is helpful.

Harley-Davidson Service Technician (2 openings)

We are looking for a results-driven Harley-Davidson Service Technician to maintain, repair, & customize our customer’s Harley-Davidson motorcycles as well as our own. This is a full-time position with a well established Service Department which provides continuous training, collaborative work environment, & great benefits.

Responsibilities: Provide prompt, dependable, high quality work. Complete repair work within the scheduled/allotted time. Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance to factory specifications. Maintain technical (PHD and other courses) qualifications by completing all necessary training programs assigned to you by the Service Manager. Must be equipped with proper tools.

Requirements: Proven Experience. Must have excellent communication and listening skills. An ability to perform work tailored to the customer's needs is important. You need to want to be part of a team that will put the customers needs in the forefront of all we do. Valid Motorcycle License with Endorsement. Technician Assistant and Porter

In this position you will assist the Dispatcher/Technicians by preparing jobs and supplying parts for them. You will rack bikes and deliver parts to Technicians and check in during repairs to see if additional parts are needed. Shop cleanliness and organization will be an area you assist the team with. Washing and delivering bikes as needed and other duties assigned by the Service Manager and/or Dispatcher.

Responsibilities: Provide prompt, dependable, high quality work. Improve the overall Proficiency and Productivity of the department by making sure Technicians can maximize their Efficiency. Maintain technical and customer service (PHD and other courses) qualifications by completing all necessary training programs assigned to you by the Service Manager. Make sure bikes are clean when returning them to both internal and external customers. Maintain shop cleanliness and organization.

Requirements: Must have excellent communication and listening skills. An ability to perform work tailored to the customer's needs is important. High degree of organization and multi-tasking are required. Reading and writing are required. You need to want to be part of a team that will put the customers needs in the forefront of all we do. Valid Motorcycle License Endorsement is helpful.  Ability to push/ride up to 800 pound motorcycles is a required. Constant walking, bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and lifting are required. Schedule requirements are Tuesday through Saturday with overtime on those days required during the riding season. Pay is commensurate with experience level.
